I dedicated the truck photo below to all the truckers out there working day and night to get the necessary goods to us!
I call it "Asphalt Angel." Bless their hearts and may the Lord keep them safe on the road.
4/13/20: COVID - 19 Pandemic...
News Channel 10 anchor Cassie Hudson did a feature story on the Schenectady County Historical Society COVID-19 Archive Project, I inviting communty members to submit their experiences through journals, art and photography submissions. From the beginning of this historic pandemic, I have been keeping a photo journal, capturing all things COVID-19. Each day I submit new photos that SCHS librarian Marietta Carr is downloading for me into a single file which will eventually be my completed COVID19 body of work that I donate. She chose 4 of my photos for the story. Happy to help.
The wildly successful all member Saratoga Arts Center art show will host a soft opening Saturday, November 9th, 2019. The all-member show runs until January 4, 2020. Go see! Over 100 members exhibiting thweir work! Each member was able to can submit one piece of art. I chose a photo of evening light cascading over Cape Cod flowers. I'll save that viewing for when you visit the art show at Saratoga Arts. :) It would make a beautiful Christmas present for someones wall! Priced for sale.
Below is one of my Cape Cod boat scenes... only without the typical sunny day weather. It was a downpour! which only added to the mood of the photo! Enjoy.
