May 2024 Campus News Article - "Shame On Me!" by Sue Clark

I had a "first experience" at Schenectady Community Colleges Culinary Arts Program gourmet lunch made and served by the SCCC culinary  students. I had heard about this program for years and finally made reservations. I took Chef Larissa who is a graduate of the program. We both enjoyed the meal. I then contacted the publisher  of "Campus News" with the idea of writing a story and submitting a photo and he said,  "Yes!" ("Campus News" is delivered to campuses across NYS.) So, I get to tell you now that  I have successfully submitted "Shame On Me" in my growing role as magazine writer.  Too much fun!
