Museums and Historical Societys want me!

Well, not me really, but my photography work!

Long Island Traditions Society, a non profit on Long Island, and curator Nancy Soloman, have created a  new museum exhibit called "In Harms Way," focusing on how we can better survive super storms we are all experiencing. Director Nancy Soloman contacted me a while ago to purchase a photo of a Victorian  mansion in Prattsville damaged by Hurricane Irene, that I shot. I am honored for that request. Nancy said the photo looked great!   The huge house is actually tipped by the raging flood waters. It had just been painted those luscious "painted lady " colors those Virctorians are famous for.  A lot of work for which the owner was surely heart-broken over. The exhibit will be in the Long Island Museum. Opening was October 6, 2017 - December 2017.
